It’s mum’s birthday today so I just want to celebrate her. I’m not sure how I got so lucky to have Junie as my mum. She’s the secret to our family and I don’t know what we would do without her.
Ma, I’m who I am because of what you invested in, prayed for and believed for me. And it carries on with me as I parent. I often remind myself “She did it for me.”
You did it for me, I can do it for them.
