Two years ago I took this pic and I captioned it ‘Football – the world’s sport’. We were in the Dominican Republic and the players were all from different nationalities.
Today I look at the picture and I’m like ‘hold up wait a minute’ (Bone Thugs-N-Harmony vibes)…2 years ago, at the age of 9, Noah was the smallest in the photo. He seemed pretty fearless too. Right? Do you see it?
Thinking that was because his eyes were on the ball. Not on the men towering above him or their fitness (or apparent lack thereof). His eyes were on the ball.
Today’s reminder is to keep your eyes (yes, both of them) on the prize. Ignore what’s happening around you. Ignore the distractions. Lock in on your target and go go get it get it.
