Today’s NoahismSetup: Heading home from dinner, it’s raining and I spot a rainbow. Tried to snap a photo of the rainbow but the rain is making it difficult.
Me: Gah! I wish it wasn’t raining so I could get a pic of the rainbow. It’s so big!
Noah: [VERY matter of factly] There’d be no rainbow if it wasn’t raining.
I knew that. Of course I did. But I really wanted a photo of the rainbow and the rain was dampening (pun intended) the situation.
Lesson: It would cost nothing and mean nothing if it were easy.
