Woke up this morning with 'Carpe Diem' on my mind. So, I was in this beautiful one's area today for an interview and decided to stop in for a visit. You see, we missed our last two planned connections and I knew we needed to catch up, so I thought 'perfect time'.
But what had happened was…" (Fresh Prince voice)…let's just say, when I left I was a beautiful mess. I've always thought 'you could be the candle or you could be the mirror that reflects the candle'. In a totally non-sensical way, today, she was both.
Oh and instead of wearing 'sensible shoes' to the interview, I wore my most outrageous and colourful ones…because the diem wasn't going to carpe itself 😂.
